These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Box Stacker ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Box Stacker for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except as permitted by law; (b) use the app to break any law; or (c) submit a nickname or other content to the leaderboard that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or that impersonates another person. We may remove leaderboard entries that violate these Terms.

3. The leaderboard

The optional global leaderboard lets you compare scores with other players using an anonymous profile and a nickname you choose. You are responsible for the nickname you select. Please do not include personal information in it.

4. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, graphics, sounds, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
